Rather than post a bunch of lawyer-speak and gibberish that no one will read or understand, we're writing these Terms of Service in plain English, using as few words as possible, with the hope that you'll actually read and understand them.

We've even written a super short version that should be enough for most people:

"TrafficDial is a free service, and technically speaking, we owe you nothing and you have no recourse against us if we do something you don't like.

With that being said, we're cool people. If you're cool too and use TrafficDial the way it's meant to be used, you'll get a ton of free traffic to your site(s).

On the other hand, if you're a jerk or a scammer and you try to cheat the system we'll delete your account and block you from the site. The end."

One Account Per User

Users are allowed just one active account. Also, TrafficDial accounts may not be given away, traded, bartered, sold or transferred to anyone other than the original account holder.

Finally, you may not login from multiple computers or allow anyone else to use your account for any reason.

If you violate any of these simple rules, we'll delete your account(s).

"Bogus" Account Information

Any account with clearly bogus account information will be deleted. Bogus information includes things like entering "joe blow" as your name, joe@blow.com as your email address, etc.

Agreement to Receive Email

By creating a TrafficDial account you agree to receive emails from us periodically. We don't "spam", and we'll usually just send out important updates and announcements a few times a month.

These announcements are important, so the only way to cancel these emails is to cancel your TrafficDial account.

If you report any of our emails as spam we will instantly and permanently delete your account.

Please Don't Cheat

If you try to cheat the system we will permanently delete your account (Doh!)

Cheating includes, but is not limited to, using automated methods to do things you're supposed to be doing manually. We have automated systems in place that will detect any attempts at cheating. Test us if you insist.

Specific Sites NOT Allowed

TrafficDial is a "family friendly" and "safe for work" network. This means that any site being promoted via TrafficDial should be PG-13 and appropriate for a general audience. Sites which contain OR promote any of the following are NOT allowed:

Adult or pornographic content
Gambling or sports betting content
Software or music pirating, or other illegal content
Inflammatory, defamatory or otherwife offensive content
Automatic downloads, "cookie stuffing" or other such content
"HYIP" (high-yield investment program) or other pyramid schemes
Sites that interfere with using TrafficDial as intended

URL "Rotators"

URL "rotators" are not allowed. We need to be able to review and approve every site promoted via TrafficDial.

"Bait and Switch"

If you submit a site that gets approved and then modify the content of that site so it becomes something that we would not have approved, your account will be deleted. We have automated systems in place that can detect this.

Other Inappropriate Sites

We reserve the right to remove or prohibit the display of any site that is deemed inappropriate.

This includes, but is not limited to, sites with too many annoying pop-ups, sites with malicious or annoying javascript code, sites that violate users' privacy, sites about Justin Bieber, and other related shenanigans.

Also, TrafficDial currently only serves the world's English-speaking populaton, so only sites with English content (or an English content option) are allowed to be promoted via TrafficDial.

Please Don't Spam

If you participate in our referral program, you may not promote TrafficDial via unsolicited email or other methods that most people consider spam. If in doubt, please don't hesitate to ask before doing something you're not sure about.

Links to Other Sites

TrafficDial contains links to other 3rd-party websites (doh) and we are not responsible for the content of these sites.

While we strive to review and "vet" every site that is promoted via TrafficDial to ensure it's "family friendly" and "work safe", we can't guarantee this. You use TrafficDial at your own risk.

Refunds & Chargebacks

We don't sell anything, but we may choose to do so in the future. If we do, and you decide to purchase something from us, you agree that we do not offer refunds for any paid services we may choose to offer.

Furthermore, if you do purchase something and later initiate a chargeback or other dispute with your credit card company or other payment provider, we will instantly and permanently delete your account forever.

Selling TrafficDial Credits

You may not sell credits or traffic earned from your use of TrafficDial. This is strictly prohibited. If you do this, we will delete your account and the buyer's account (if applicable).

Future Changes

Technically we have the right to change any of these terms and/or add new ones, at any time for any reason, without telling you. However, we're not a bunch of jerks so if we make any important changes or additions to these Terms of Service we WILL notify you via your email address on file.
